The Woodbeck Ales Brewery

Commissioned by BelatedOdyssey

EST 1887. Once a thriving ale and drafts business, Woodbeck produced and distributed some of Evergreen's most famous locally sourced ales and beers. Woodbecks Ales could be found as far as Windenburg and was a well-known name till a rise in rival businesses saw the factory cease trading around the time of its 12th anniversary. Until the 1960's it was used by other business ventures, from water distillation and at the turn of the 1940s, ammunition supply. Come the 1950s the factory was once again bought and turned into a brewery, but business again failed in the 1960s due to a rise in technology that the factory could not afford and for the final time, in 1968, the doors were shut. Now, the building, awaiting approval for new owners, is the home of squatters, who are currently in a legal battle with lawyers to get them removed, but for now, squatters' rights protect the current residents.

This build is set as a generic lot, but it can be transformed into a residence if desired. It has sleeping facilities, cooking and eating area, a campfire, outdoor facilities, graffiti, candle making, fizz making and so much more. Please ensure bb.moveobjects is on before placing down lot.
